By registering for or using the l3210 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any service offered by l3210 through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
To use the l3210 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- An individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law;
- Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online betting services;
- Register using accurate, current and complete personal information.
L3210 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that are unable to verify the required information may be temporarily suspended or closed.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account, registered under their real name. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. l3210 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the l3210 platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorised automated software, or disrupt platform operations is a serious breach that may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the l3210 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX and bank transfers. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed in your account section.
Deposits
Deposits made into your l3210 account are strictly for platform use. l3210 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment provider. Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by management.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the l3210 account holder. l3210 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure security and procedural compliance. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
Suspicious Transaction Activity
L3210 reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious, inconsistent with normal usage patterns, or potentially in violation of anti-money laundering laws. In such cases, users may be required to provide additional evidence before the transaction is approved.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
L3210 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. l3210 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting decisions, service interruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions. Our liability under any circumstances is limited to the value of the active deposit in your account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l3210 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics and software code — is the exclusive property of l3210 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission from l3210.
Third-Party Links and Services
The l3210 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. l3210 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service or actions of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms before using their services.
Account Suspension, Closure and Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
L3210 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration;
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system;
- Failure to verify identity when requested;
- Receipt of a request from the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, balances associated with the offending activity may be forfeited. For voluntary closures or other technical reasons, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
Changes to Terms
L3210 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the l3210 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.
